STOCK  AVAILABILITY:

All models that are represented online are always subject to a physical confirmation of their availability in stock, and within a maximum period of 1 business day will receive that confirmation to your order. If this period is exceeded, you can contact us by e-mail or by phone to find out the status of your order. In case of stock rupture we will inform you of that situation and if you have made any payment it will be refunded immediately.

 

TERMS OF SALE :

 

– The realization and validation of the purchase request presupposes that the knowledge and acceptance of the conditions of sale of the yaghmour.pt site.

 

-All prices include VAT at the current rate in Portugal.

– Although we strive to minimize and eliminate errors, there may be errors in the prices of the items, or in the value of the charges charged to an order, so these values are always checked at the moment they are preparing your order. If the value of the item or prices is lower than the price advertised in your order, we will refund the difference. If the price is higher, you will be informed of the error and you will be presented with the correct values for approval or cancellation of the order.

– The photos of the articles seek to make known as much as possible the reality of the article, especially in regard to color, proportion, functionalities and details, although inconsistencies may arise between the photo and the real article. In case of any situation of inconsistency and in case of interest, we ask that you inform us of the situation so that the change or return of the product in question can be made.
