SHIPMENTS

Free shipments for purchases over 90,00Eur in Portugal Mainland Spain Mainland.

EXCHANGES

Portugal Mainland and Spain Mainland
– Free Exchange (collection and reissue) for products with a value greater than 110,00Eur, with the exception of products purchased with Discounts.
– The exchange of products of less than 100,00Eur or bought with Discounts, has a cost of 8,00Eur. However, if you prefer, you can send the product (s) to our address and the costs of that return will be borne by the customer. The new shipment that we will make to your address, will not have added costs.

To start the exchange process you should contact us by email so that the collection and reservation of the new product is scheduled.
Watch:
Please note: The second exchange and the following ones have a cost of 12,00Eur.
We can only offer withdrawn returns from the same country in which your order was delivered.

Portugal islands
The cost of sending the returned items is on account of the customer, the new shipment that we will make to your address, will not have added costs. From the 2nd place the cost of our shipment will be 12,00Eur.

Other destinations
The cost of sending the returned items is on behalf of the customer, and the cost of the new shipment to his address is the price indicated in the respective shipping table here.

RETURNS:

In case of return, the cost of sending to our address is the responsibility of the customer.
The refund of the orders returned will be made by bank transfer or by reimbursement for a debit / credit card that you have used in the purchase.

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

If the product does not suit you or you do not like it, you have 14 days to exchange or return. In order to start the exchange or return process you can contact us by e-mail informing us of your intention.
– The products must arrive us in their original state and with the original packaging of the brand, and bags, when supplied, and placed inside an outer protection box for shipping along with the purchase invoice.
– After the articles are received and analyzed, an exchange will then be made, a voucher issued or the money refunded.
– Any packaging received without identification of the sender and about which we have not had prior information is in danger of being returned.
– Returns sent to the collection will not be received by our services and will be automatically returned.
– In case the exchange is made for other products with price difference or additional costs in our favor, that difference will have to be paid by bank transfer or card. If this difference is in your favor, we will refund you by bank transfer or by reimbursement for a debit / credit card that you used for the purchase.
– In case of any situation of error in the sending of any product by Hortensia Yaghmour, the treatment of the whole process of exchange or refund will be made by us.
-If the customer has taken advantage of the free shipping, the return will be of the value of the product discounting only the value of the shipping costs we have incurred when sending the order.
-If payment has been made by PayPal will also be discounted the 3% fee that is credited to us by the regulator of the payments by PayPal.
-If we find that the product has been used, we will not accept the return. In these cases the products will be sent back to the customer without any additional expenses.
-We advise you to send us your returns by registered mail, as we are not responsible for any loss on the part of the carrier. The cost of transportation will be borne by the customer.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped, with the right to be reimbursed the full-paid amount.

If the payment of an order has not been made within 48 hours or has not been confirmed by the customer, your order may automatically be canceled by our services.

In case of unavailability of a product, we will always inform you of this situation. If all the products ordered are unavailable, you order will be cancelled. In case of partial unavailability of an order, we will confirm your interest to proceed with the order remaining you the available products.In either case, you can always exchange an unavailable item for another one or request reimbursement of paid amounts for the mean-time.
